Sponsorship for the 2019 Professional Advisors Seminar

Now in its 24th year, this annual Professional Advisors Seminar has presented a nationally recognized authority on estate planning and taxation. This year's seminar, "Tax Changes Affecting Estate Planning and Charitable Giving", provides an invaluable networking opportunity with advisors that take advantage of new information about emerging techniques in areas of charitable and planned giving and estate and tax planning. Attendees enjoy a lavish breakfast and receive continuing education credits in their field.  The Professional Advisors Seminar will take place at 7:30am on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Westin Galleria.

This year, the Foundation is pleased to welcome Ronald D. Aucutt, Senior Fiduciary Counsel with Bessemer Trust. Ron’s career has focused on planning and controversy matters involving the estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, the income taxation of trusts and estates, and the rules regarding tax-exempt organizations and charitable contributions.  He advises lawyers and other professionals on tax planning and controversy issues and is experienced in resolving tax issues through rulings from the Internal Revenue Service’s National Office.  He has contributed to the formation of tax policy through legislation and Treasury regulations and has served as an expert witness in estate and gift tax matters.
