The Impact of Legacy Giving Series Launches with Over 60 DFW Nonprofits in Attendance
The Impact of Legacy Giving Series, hosted by the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and Southwest Community Foundation, has launched to rave reviews! On February 4th, the Foundation launched a four-session series with 80 nonprofit professionals in attendance, representing 60+ DFW nonprofits.
Did you know $30 trillion will pass from Boomers and that 30% is expected to go to charities? With the single greatest wealth transfer coming, what questions or plans do you have at your nonprofit to start having legacy conversations with donors? These questions set the stage for an interactive presentation and discussion led by Phil Cubeta of The American College of Financial Services.
One attendee said, “THANK YOU for sponsoring such a valuable series. We get so focused on our execution that we often miss opportunities that are right in front of us. I now see that having conversations with donors can be a natural part of our interaction. I look forward to our next session.”
Due to overwhelming response, the Foundation had to close registration three weeks early and began placing nonprofits on a growing waitlist!
