The Dallas Jewish Community Foundation (DJCF) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.  It is official DJCF policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential.  Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.  Credit card information provided through our website, such as credit card verification, credit card number and expiry date, is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your order.  The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by DJCF, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider.

Credit Card information is sent via SSL secure servers. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer.  This is a method for hiding the information a web browser and a web server send to each other.  SSL is structured to use “certificates” of identity to authenticate web sites and web users.  These certificates are “digitally signed” and issued by a trusted third party such as VeriSign.  In our case, the security of the DJCF website is guaranteed by RapidSSL.

No Release of Information to Third Parties:
Personal Information will not be released to third parties. Your information is used solely to process your request with us and your credit card company.  This information will never be shared with any other company or person.

Delivery Fulfillment Policy:
DJCF will provide the service for which your payment or contribution is made within 3-4 business days of receipt of your request.

Return Policy:
As DJCF does not trade in products, there are no returns to be made.  Contributions made will not be refunded.  Payments towards seminar registration may be refunded in full if notified within one week of the seminar date. The refund will be made by check within 5 business days.
